This particular loss had a pipe break in the ceiling that affected what the insured called a "gym room". The customer was worried that their expensive equipment would be affected by this loss if a crew did not respond within their timely manner. We made a promise to the insured and made it happen! Our crews responded and took care of the damages along with moving the equipment covering it with containment to ensure no damages would be brought upon the customer.
